A to Z 2014: YOLO

{For the month of April I will be blogging alphabetically on the topic of travel tips.}

Yes, I know, that is such a lame title. The thing is, that's kind of the attitude one should have when going on adventures.

I'm feeding teh kitteh!!!

Looking back on any of the trips I've ever been on, I've never regretted the things we did. Even if it didn't go well, or was frustrating at the time, I'm glad to have had the experience. The only thing I ever regret are the things we didn't do. There's just so little time!

Ok, maybe you can't always do all the things but do as much as you can! I don't mean take stupid risks. I'm not advocating near-death experiences. It makes sense to me that if you're going to spend all that time and effort and money to fly around the world, you better get a lot out of it. Enjoy!

That time we stayed at a vineyard B&B in BC

  1. Yes! Going on adventures is the best part of traveling. I've done some amazing things in my time in Asia that I credit to my partner who forced me to see the joy in stepping off the beaten trail. :)

  2. Wow, it looks like you had a lot of fun. Which you wouldn't have had if you didn't go for it. Nice post. And great pics.
