For the month of April I will be blogging alphabetically with the theme of Winnipeg versus Davao City. Not to prove a winner but simply to explore the differences and similarities between my home town and my current location.
I is for Ice!
This is how we know ice in Winnipeg. It covers everything. |
This is how we know ice in Davao. It comes in a glass. Often with Iced Tea. |
That is all for today. Ice, ice, baby!
lol Ice, ice, baby. ;)
ReplyDeleteWe hardly get anything like this. it just doesn't get cold enough here in Las Vegas.

I was in Vegas once for four days and it rained the whole time! I hear that is unusual.
DeleteLOL! Ice in Australia comes from the freezer. Not too many places here that get cold enough for it, I'm afraid.
ReplyDeleteFor the most part I can do without ice. But it is fun to skate on!

ReplyDeleteI do believe I like the ice in the glass better!
ReplyDeleteDitto!
DeleteIce happens every 20 or 30 years around here. Ice in a tea glass is much more common.

Must be very nice!
DeleteHaha, I love the ice in the glass. I almost thought it was something else. Very creative picture. Here in the high desert of California we have both. We get an extremely hot, dry summer (up to 120 degrees), and a fairly cold winter with lots of snow and ice. So, I fill my glass with ice in the summer, and bundle up in the winter. :)
