A!
Wine of the day: Aglianico (Italian or Greek, red, full bodied)
Cheese of the day: Asiago (Italian, hard, often shredded)
Fruit of the day: Apricot (They make great jam!)
Movie of the day: "About a Boy" (Comedy with Hugh Grant. Based on a book. My favourite line: "It's amazing how the day fills up, and I often wonder, to be absolutely
honest, if I'd ever have time for a job; how do people cram them in?")
Album of the day: "Armistice" by MuteMath (Awesome band!)
Book of the day: "American on Purpose" by Craig Ferguson (Autobiography by the host of The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson.)
Country of the day: Andorra (A fascinating little country nestled up in the Pyrenees between France and Spain. It has no airport or railway so to visit one must enter by road or helicopter. It is a ski vacation destination in winter for Europe's wealthy but in the off-season has very reasonably priced hotels. {Alcohol and tobacco is extremely cheap due to no taxes. Cuban cigars are cheaper here than in Cuba!} They have Europe's largest recreational spa, Caldea, which is epic.)
Movie of the day could also be book of the day... I haven't seen the film yet, but have read the book

Thanks for all the lovely comments!
ReplyDelete@ baygirl32: I have not yet read the book but I did enjoy the movie. :)
@ Bonnie Rae: Thanks! Me, too.
@ Stephanie: I'm not actually going to eat and drink all the wine/cheese/fruit of the day but that would be a fun addition to the challenge! I wonder what a month of that would do to one's system...
@ KarenG: Glad you enjoyed it and thank you!
That's an amazing pic :)
ReplyDeleteLook forward to your challenge posts...
