Blogging from A to Z: H

H!

Wine of the day: Hárslevelű (Hungarian, white {I have NOT tried this})

Cheese of the day: Havarti (Danish, semi-soft {simple but one of my favourites})

Fruit of the day: Honeydew (My favourite melon!)

Movie of the day: "Hudson Hawk" (Bruce Willis mocking his action hero self. Also, David Caruso's best role; he doesn't speak.)

Album of the day: "Hazards of Love" by The Decemberists (A fantasy rock opera.)

Book of the day: "How to Live Safely in a Science Fictional Universe" by Charles Yu (A time-travel novel about the importance of family. Quote: "Most people I know live their lives moving in a constant forward direction, the whole time looking backward.")

Country of the day: Honduras (Another poor Latin American country with gorgeous rain forset. Much of it's natural resources are owned by foreign companies. This happens in a lot of places. Think about that next time you buy bananas for 70 cents a pound.)
